Descriere
La început foarte intens pe nas, cu note de fructe proaspete, în special fructe citrice coapte.
Un al doilea nas floral rafinat cu note de flori albe și fructe piersici albe, ananas. Un atac suplu, armonios la nivelul palatului, foarte rotunjit. Vinozitate care nu este excesivă, susținută de o prospețime excelentă.
Culoare frumoasă galben-auriu pal cu reflexii verzi blânde, o culoare vibrantă, luminoasă. Efervescență activă cu eliberare persistentă de bule.
O mare majoritate a premierilor Crus din podgoriile Côte des Blancs și Montagne de Reims pentru rafinament aromat, completate de vinuri Sézannais cunoscute pentru a oferi maturitate. În cele din urmă, mai multe vinuri din nordul văii Vesle dau o notă ușoară și proaspătă.
Amestecul este 100% Chardonnay din diferiți ani dintre care 20-25% sunt vinuri de rezervă din 2 ani anteriori.
