Gin Sul is a declaration of love to Portugal. The small country on the edge of Europe has stolen our hearts and inspired us to create a gin that smells south. Gin Sul, the gin with Portuguese roots, is distilled in small batches with a lot of love and selected botanicals at the Altonaer Spirits Manufactory in Hamburg. But it has its roots on the rough Costa Vicentina in southwest Portugal.
